This place looks great from the outside, but is one of the most poorly ran apartments I have ever lived in. 1. They claim the building is secure, but it’s not. If you’re accessing the building from the first floor doors or lobby you need a key pass to get in. Whoever designed the building decided you don’t need a keypass to get onto the first floor from the garage.. which would be fine if you needed a keypass to get in the garage, but you don’t. Absolutely loved everything about this community. Staff, location, amenities all great! Off the beaten path but still walking distance from new restaurants and other downtown attractions. Loved that the parking was underground.
I lived here for just a short time, but I can honestly say this was the best apartment renting experience I've ever had. Matt & Jasmine are the best! Very understanding & very helpful. The building is brand new, catered to city living (free starbucks coffee + wifi!) and the renters are all super nice. Extremely dog-friendly, easy nearby street parking, central location to nightlife & business districts, & surrounded by cool coffee shops. Couldn't recommend this place any higher.
Great place for transplants to Indy to feel comfortable and meet people. Amenities are beautiful. Very dog friendly, clean, and well maintained common areas. Location can't be beat. Walking distant to downtown and especially Mass Ave!!!
