I specifically want to leave a review for Martin from the maintenance crew, because this guy deserves a lifetime achievement award in excellence. If I could give Martin the amount of stars he truly deserves, I’d need NASA’s help. He’s the superhero of Lockerbie Court Apartments. When my dishwasher was barely rinsing a spoon, Martin didn’t just patch it up. He advocated for me to get a new, upgraded one. No questions asked. No runaround. Just handled. I have been a resident here since May 2018 and lived in two units at this property. During this time we have seen a bit of change in management teams and office staff. However, Emily’s current team (including but not limited to: Jennifer, Shelby, Martin, and Alex) is wonderful. In my opinion, it feels as if they have really turned the property around to the fullest of their extent. Lockerbie Court is a great apartment in the Mass Ave. area. Emily made finding an apartment and moving in a breeze.
Love Lockerbie so much!!!! I am sad to be leaving Lockerbie court. These apartments are located in the best neighborhood and location in downtown Indianapolis. You are walking distance to grocery stores, shops, the circle, and so much more. I have lived in two different units here and loved both of them. This building is historic, so it might not have as many amenities compared to other apartments in the area, however I love the charm and lots of exposed brick.
