Very helpful. They didn't have what I needed but another stoee did, last onr left so she was nice enough to call and make sure they put it behind the counter until I got there. Great customer service
Young man named Ryan did an excellent job. I have been using lock supply for almost 20 years ryan is definitely in the upper twenty five percent title of lock employees as I have used almost every location that lock has numerous times thank you ryan for making my day great.

Great service I bought condenser fan motor in the morning and installed it then when I turn on its sound weird and I call them the lady hear about the weird sound on the phone too and she said bring it back and swap it with a new one even though they closed at noon but the lady waited for me thanks. When I installed the new one that perfect and smooth running. Thanks, great service.
