They were rude as hell on the phone. They always are anytime you call, That is if they even answer the phone. I don't know who they have working their now. But its like your imposing on them. Ive been going there for 30 years and had never in the past been talked to like a dog. That's bs.... They need to fire who ever is their is now. Plus they don't know anything about plumbing.... Period !!!
