This time he gave us an estimate, we agreed on a price, he started working sanding a coupling rooms, then after a day he never returned, and wouldn't respond to texts or phone calls. Met with the floor guy at the home I needed done. Agreed on a price, stated job to start in 3 weekends, called him this week to see what time he would be out since tomorrow is the 3rd weekend. He said he would call me back. I have now called several times and texted just to know for sure if he is stiffing me so I can hire someone else! Still no reply.
