DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY. My storage unit with Lockbox Storage Waukee is infested with rodent excrement and there may be damage to my belongings. In making a claim to the insurance you pay for monthly at this storage, the insurance wants photos of the possibly damaged furniture. This rodent infested storage company will not monetarily assist with removing my furniture to obtain photos, nor have they offered to move my belongings out and address their obvious rodent infestation... read more
