Hours are not 9-5 as listed, if you show up between 1-2 the manager will lock himself in and ignore the phone until his lunch hour is up. In his words “I don’t interrupt my meals for anyone” if these hours were listed as such I could have planned to not arrive at 1pm and be forced to wait 1 hour just for him to look at my ID and run the card on file. Not professional at all!

Had my storage unit for a Few years and just move out. The previous manager Eric was awesome and always worked with you if you had to be late. The unit I had was the first set on the right. When it rains it leaks into the first set because of the way the water runs. asked what could be done and they said I would have to turn it into insurance and they never fixed it. The manager was professional and very helpful. In a time when things were kinda rough, and emergency uhauls were needed… he was quick and polite and had us on our way in no time.
