Loch Jewelers This is a family run business and the staff truly takes pride in there products and service. Staff goes out of there way to make sure you are satisfied before, during and after the sale. I highly recommend.
Nice Place with Customer Oriented Staff Very friendly staff that goes out of their way to assist you. They have a variety of cuts and stones. They will polish your jewelry as well. It has been a family business for many years and comes with the pride and quality that goes with a generation family business.

Awesome place!!!! The customer service here is OUTSTANDING. They are the nicest, most sincere, and helpful people I have ever met in the jewelry business. They really care about you and your jewelry and this was especially awesome to me since I didn't even buy my engagement or wedding band there!! Nothing like a mall store!!!!!
Loch Jewelers My husband purchased a bracelet for my from Loch. After about 2 months, the clasp broke. We went to Loch's to have it repaired. They didn't charge us for the repair and were very pleasant to work with. They stand by their products.
Had to get my new wife's ring saderized on a two day notice and they got it done with time to spare. The owner was very helpful. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and passionate.
