Can always find fresh seasonal seafood that are caught sustainably off the coast of NC. I've met 2 of their staff (@NC State Farmer's Market), Steve & Kent, who have always been nice and offered great information & recommendations. They always try to give me a good selection (e.g. making sure the crab has both claws on). I had blue crabs last week and they were so delicious - sweeter than any other times I had blue crabs -- well at least as good as ones we caught ourselves in CT but maybe it was because fruits of your own la... read more
