Wonderful fish and so nice to have a few exotics on occasion . Great recommendations for preparation, too. Now, if the fishermen wouldn't keep all the tripletail for themselves!
My homies came through as always. Crab meat for crab cakes and soft shells for spider rolls and it's all from NC. Thanks!

The fish is more expensive than grocery stores but it is as fresh as you can get. I love supporting local fisherman who work hard to catch the seafood you purchase and eat.
Love to get seafood from @localsseafood and it's always fresh and delicious. They are also super helpful with tips for keeping it fresh until you can cook it or for an "easy" recipe. Highly recommend this "local" business for their high quality and superior seafood!
Hands down the best seafood in town and as fresh as it gets! These guys know their fish and always provide killer recommendations if I'm not sure what I feel like cooking. Best yet was the tuna collar - melt in your mouth goodness! I won't buy anywhere else and although we've moved to Durham, driving to the Farmers Market is well worth the trip. Keep it up guys!!!

The seafood is so fresh and Amazing. I love that I can call my order in and my Husband and go to our local Farmers Market and pick it up.
Always have an awesome selection. Great staff as well! Started going to them for the oysters, now it's one of the only places I buy seafood from.
A little pricy but well worth it. The best and freshest variety. Pre-order is a must for the weekly catch or you will be sorry.
I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the half bushel of Stump Sound oysters I picked up the day before Thanksgiving. They are THE WORST oysters I have ever had in my entire life and I am 62yrs of age. They were green with algae, over half of them stunk, many of them looked translucent like a jellyfish, maybe a dozen out of a half bushel were acceptable.
