They ruined my mother’s very large wool rug. Turned it brown and even after three tries nothing else could be done they said. So if you have a wool rug I would recommend not using this company. Even after ruining the rug they offered nothing else. Not to pay for my rug or even refund the cleaning cost. Highly do not recommend!!!

I had a problem with my carpet after they cleaned it. Local pro Carpet Cleaning was very kind in taking care of the problem. They stand behind what they do.
