Jacob did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. I was so impressed with Lane as well as the willingness of the company to bend over backwards to help me with my cleaning problem. Lane explained things to me so well, did the best he could and was so nice and respectful - I had made a mess of an already messy set of chairs and both Kane and the company went out of their way to help- I will never again try and clean anything by myself- I will ALWAYS call them. Do not hesitate to call this company - they are true professionals in every way and Lane is the best.
