I am very hesitant when chosing a hairstylist due to bad past experiences. Rocky came highly recommended and I decided to put my hair in his hands. He a master in his trade. I did not experience chewy hair texture when highlighting my hair which I had experienced with previous hairstylists. Rocky uses safe and high end products which have not caused any reaction. Locale J with Rocky the worst experience ever. I ask for ash blond highlights and he gave me yellow gold highlights the ugliest colour and the worst haircut and extremely expensive and the most uncomfortable chairs to sit on.
