Great atmosphere, everyone was extremely nice, and food was very very good!
We stopped in for brunch... we have no complaints waitress was nice food was prepared if you had any special requests they try to accommodate however for those who do not eat pork I would be great to have like turkey bacon but overall everybody left fool leaving to the point that we skipped dinner
I am not sure how anyone can post a negative review on this place. My wife and I have eaten here no less than a dozen times. Service is ALWAYS second to none. The food is truly amazing every time. This is hands down our favorite place when you combine ambience - food and service - you can't beat Local Three!

Went for Father's Day brunch. We arrived at 10 am and were the only ones checking in. The hostess never even looked up and said hello. Then another staff member came to the host desk and barely looked in our direction and told us to wait a minute while she got the high chair. Our waitress was nice enough. The food was wonderful. However there was no fruit option which was a bit disappointing for a brunch. The atmosphere, food and service was great! After brunch, we contnued our time together, sitting and chatting outside the restaurant at their open table. Enjoyed the outdoors as well as the beautiful water falls. Kudos Local Three!
