I'm from Missouri. Here for vacation. I have NO IDEA why this place has so many good reviews because if they offered me free food I would say no. I got the steak burger because they are supposed to be #7 for burgers in WY. McDonald's cheese burger is just as good as their burger. My fiance got buffalo tartare for an appetizer. It was raw buffalo and it smelled horrible. He said the taste wasn't bad but the texture almost made him puke. It looked like raw hamburger. I got truffle mac and cheese. Hi Courtney, we’re from Wyoming. We wanted to clarify a few points for you to avoid any future confusion. To start, tartare is a dish served raw, ours is finely diced buffalo tenderloin. If you didn’t enjoy the texture, we wouldn’t recommend ordering tartare in your future dining experiences outside our restaurant. The smell noted on the mac and cheese was likely the truffle oil. Many people find it delightful. We would recommend against ordering dishes with truffle in their name if you found the smell and taste off-putting.... read more
