My husband and I requested tours of their townhome 3 times each on Zillow and the property manager never replied. I left 3 vms, still no response. I finally texted the number provided and got a showing. Ever since the showing, I have been asking to for more info on the HOA so that I can move forward with applying and "Local Property Management" just won't respond to calls from myself or my husband. Very poor management, bad communication, extremely rude and unprofessional, DON’T RENT WITH THEM
Do not rent with this company they will nickel and dime you for every chance they get they make up bogus fines and violations also the employees seem completely useless and incompetent.
This property management is phenomenal and responsive. The management office is easily accessible on site in the Fairhaven location, w/ protected parking and protected mail. The apartments are good quality comparatively.
