We love Local, they are super responsive and ahead of problems maintenance wise. Very easy to work with and really accommodating to any needs we have!
Local Property Management has been a breeze to rent with. Everything can be done through an online portal, or in person via their office. We're thankful for James and the team over at Local Property Management for getting us squared away with our living situation. Management is timely when responding to maintenance request, they've got your back if people in the neighborhood make trouble against you and they've been quick to take care of landlord duties. Overall a great experience renting with these guys.
My husband and I requested tours of their townhome 3 times each on Zillow and the property manager never replied. I left 3 vms, still no response. I finally texted the number provided and got a showing. Ever since the showing, I have been asking to for more info on the HOA so that I can move forward with applying and "Local Property Management" just won't respond to calls from myself or my husband. This is infuriating. I'm just trying to rent this place and the property manager won't respond to any forms of communication. Al... read more
