We called Tom when we had a leak and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Tom gave us a couple of things to do to pinpoint the problem as he was on another emergency job at the time. He showed up 2 hours later and confirmed where the problem was and fixed the job in less than an hour. We have called Tom previously for different jobs and problems, he was always so courteous and helpful and only left when the problem was fixed.
