One a weekend, of course, there was no hot water for a shower for guests due to a broken valve. I called numerous places and only ONE person called me back. That was Anthony at "Local Plumber". He not only called me promptly but came out same or next day and informed me of the part I needed. Regardless of a lifetime warranty, it would be a bear to get a replacement soon.
