Local Motion Studio is here to inspire people to move every day by offering a variety of movement classes. Our instructors bring the art of teaching in to the studio as they provide creative and effective classes. Our classes are open to all levels, and our instructors can help you amplify or modify as needed. Classes include Aerial, barre, yoga, Pilates, cardio, bellydance and more. We also provide childcare for many of our classes and free on site parking.

Sangat nyaman dan menarik
Just took my first yoga nidra class in the aerial silks yesterday. I suffer from chronic fatigue and struggle to get out of bed. Today I was up at 6 and feeling calm and centered. The studio is a calming place as well.
So far I've been once to the intro class for Aerial Yoga. O.M.G. Finally a healthy addiction! Ha! No really though. I'm hooked. First of all, about the studio: very cool vibe, super high ceilings, modern but inviting decor and clearly a place where folks can also bring their kids (they have a play area and they offer kid-specific classes). I just taught my first class at Local Motion today. The students were so sweet and the owner, Sarah was so helpful. Good energy in this place. Come practice yoga with us!
I've been going to local motion regularly for over a year and it has been my saving grace. I'm a stay at home mom and my hour of peace is often when I'm working out while the kids are well taken care of and playing with others. It's a win for all of us. Also, their being open during school closings is a HUGE bonus. Love this place!
The studio has great teachers! From children to adults ! Sara Lavan is awesome ! Love it!
Love this place! Excellent yoga, Pilates and barre classes and fabulous on-site day care to boot.
