Worst treatment I ever received from a provider. Nice office manager and nurse. Wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.
Unprofessional and rude. We received treatment for bronchitis , and we were tested for covid, flu and r s v. My partner is still extremely sick and was wanting to receive the results as we were told they would be available. The next day. When I called, they were not ready. So I called back the 3rd day. They are not ready and I ask if there was an issue because normally those type of results are given in about 15 minutes and she just simply hung up on me. Long story short....It feels like all staff wants to push patients away so they don't have to do their job. And they violated my hipaa privacy by recepionist blurting out my medical condition to whole waiting room. Place is a joke. Facility looks clean is about the only thing good i have to say about it. Sat in there for an hour. Female doctor is on a power trip trying to flex her authority over CDL recertifications trying to assign a 6 month cert when a 1 year should of been issued before ever even seeing me.
