Kara was wonderful! She took her time with me, made me feel very comfortable and made sure I would be happy with my injection site.
Kara, Joe and Linda at the Commack Local Infusions are just the most incredible team, full stop. Linda is so sweet and puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. Joe was very communicative every step of the way and made sure my first infusion went off without a hitch despite my insurance making significant issues. Wow! This was a great experience for me. The team is so kind and accommodating. Joe kept in touch with me while I was getting my authorization completed. They helped me coordinate paperwork to approve my infusion. Linda is so friendly at the front desk and remembers everyone. I am so glad I found this place locally. The team at local infusion went above and beyond my expectations to get me the care that I need. Joe Ohara and team spent a remarkable amount of time advocating on my behalf and fighting to get my prior authorizations approved despite the horrific system of insurance companies and third parties that exists in this country.
