I called in see if they could fix my glass and they just laughed when I told them that it was an exotic car... the least they could do was just say no. Customer service is needed ..
Great spot. Got a competitive quote via Google. I immediately made my way to their shop and they started working on my vehicle immediately. In and out in less than 30 mins (on a Monday morning).
My go to place for auto glass repair. They have saved my windshield twice. Repairs are reasonable and fast.
They were more than three hours late (they gave a window of 12-2 and did not arrive until 5:30) they did not call to let me know they might be late or give any explanation whatsoever. When I called to inquire as to when they might arrive, the person was annoyed and did not once apologize for any delay. He exhibited a total lack of professionalism. However, when the service provider finally arrived he was friendly and very thorough and appeared to do a good job.
