I lived in this building 40 years ago. I had a studio apt. Loved it...tiny but had a slot for ac that didn't block the window and the view was spectacular. Can't say anything about how it's run today...does it still have the creepy old elevator with the swinging doors?
Great new pickle ball court! Not sure what other people's experience is but the apartments are updated, hardwood, air conditioned, and I love the manager!
Been frustrated for a while. Finally posting this cos there's no one on their "24/7" emergency line. They prey on college kids who's new to renting. I urge everyone to stay away. It's not just fees and late maintenance, they don't value your LIFE. There's a whole story years ago with their fire escape COLLAPSING and it was unattended for almost weeks. My friend experienced that. He wasn't a tenant but tried to call to get it fixed, because with the balcony gone, some apartment doors will open to a cliff. He got nowhere and h... read more
The positive reviews are from new tenants who've just moved in. You get the New Tenant Treatment while viewing apartments, signing, and moving in; then the 5 stars drop to 1's. PLEASE notice that all positive reviews are from people who have only signed their lease after viewings or have just moved in. I was moved in to a broken window in my apartment.
