Been frustrated for a while. Finally posting this cos there's no one on their "24/7" emergency line. They prey on college kids who's new to renting. I urge everyone to stay away. It's not just fees and late maintenance, they don't value your LIFE. There's a whole story years ago with their fire escape COLLAPSING and it was unattended for almost weeks. My friend experienced that. He wasn't a tenant but tried to call to get it fixed, because with the balcony gone, some apartment doors will open to a cliff. He got nowhere and h... read more
The positive reviews are from new tenants who've just moved in. You get the New Tenant Treatment while viewing apartments, signing, and moving in; then the 5 stars drop to 1's. PLEASE notice that all positive reviews are from people who have only signed their lease after viewings or have just moved in. I was moved in to a broken window in my apartment. Took around a month before major repairs were done, and the rest of the damage from the broken window is still there, not fixed. The majority of the washing/drying units at th... read more
Pros: across from Dollar General, near bus stop Cons: Moved into an uncleaned apartment with a broken window, cut-open window screens, and a sink that didn't drain. Carpet has multiple holes cut into it with ethernet cables sticking out. Broken tiles in walls. There is exposed piping from old wall radiators that flakes off rust, which we have to warn our guests about, as we have cut ourselves on it.
