Do yourself a HUGE favor and look them up on the Better Business Bureau's website to see the most recent complaints against them before renting with them. At move in, the apartment I rented from them was LEGALLY UNINHABITABLE.
Kaitlyn is the best lease manager I have met. Her knowledge, patience and dedication to her job is impressive. If we had more lease agents like Kaityln, we would have no troubles. Moon clinton apartments are lucky to have her . Thanks a new renter.
Got kicked out of my apartment during covid (I am a nurse -and was working with covid patients) due to a dispute with the landlord.. never missed a rent payment or had any issues prior to this dispute. I had severe water damage and a bird nest living in my bathroom ceiling that the company refused to properly attend to. So instead, they refused to renew our lease and sent us a letter to vacate (illegitimately)... thank god they did though. Moving out has been the best thing I could have done. Again, do not rent from Lobos!!
If negative stars were an option, I would go with that. This company does not care about the renters, only about every penny they can get from you. I had a disagreement with the owner, and illegally received a “notice to vacate” two days later. I’m a nurse and it’s the middle of a pandemic, and lobos management refused to renew my boyfriends lease (I just moved in with him).
