Are they really an American Business? – What makes doing business with these people (if they really are People or a business in the US) is that they are rude, consitantly stupid and think eveyone speaks spanish....what is aweful about doing business with them is how they never can transfer you to a manager or anyone who knows what is going on. shady business and don't give info.when needed nor extra costs or fees !Very unprofessional – This business didn't even care that their repo co. they work with drained the radiator and removed fuses from the car and almost blew the engion of a 2000 car.Why would they not care if they still own the car!
