Horrible Customer Service Reps!!!!!! – I purchased my vehicle in Jan.2010. Intially, the experience was bad with the customer service rep who was verifing my information and a REG FLAG went off in my head to say no dont finance with this company but I needed a car and my credit wasn't the best. These people are so damn rude......DON"T USE THIS COMPANY. They need some training in customer service, the women especially are not friendly and they are quick to say you are the one with the attitude. They don't say please or thanky... read more

Terrible, terrible company!!!! – They will call you, all your friends, your job and anyone else to try to get money from you. Doesn't matter if you can't pay $10 or you're a month behind! Don't do business with these guys!!!!

This company is a rip off!!!!!!!!!!! – We had bought a truck through Lobel last year. I called a month ago to arrange for our payments to be due on the third of every month. Well our payments were made monthly and when our insurance company did not send them the information. They added on more fees for the payments. We were never notified and on the third of this month before we could even send the payment. They repoed the truck. We were talked to rudely and the repo guy never even gave us a chance to get papers and importan... read more

Worst finance company in the world – I did a volunteer repo and I was threatened over the phone by a customer service rep.Now to top it off they are suing me! WTF. Don't do business with them they will screw you in the end.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – These people are the worst finance company! they will call u 30 times a day and call everyone on your REFERENCE sheet regarding a payment! even if you are a fews days late and explain to them when you will have the payment in, they will call you and your REFERENCES(not co-signers) until payment is received, they will over charge you on the loan, they are RUDE!!! very, very argumentive, and this was customer service! OCCULT – I called today to try to resolve a situation with my bank automatically mailing them double payments out which put me far ahead in my payments. Margareta, the person that I spoke with was rude and did not want to transfer me to anyone else that could help me. It's almost like being in an occult and you can't get out of it!

Place is rude – Customer reps are so rude. The owners of this business should call in as customers to see for themselves. I paid off my loan in full by phone. 2 months later no pink slip. We called to see whta was holding up our pink slip.Then they tell us we owe more money. Are you kidding me. Whats the point of getting a payoff amount if after you pay they upcharge you more.The represenitives are so rude. Beware of this company. They will charge you even after you pay your loan off....
