Don't waste your time. After we were approved we couldn't get anyone on the phone. Would not return messages or texts. In a 6 week time. We got 1 text. So now we had to start over with a new finance company. They wasted 2 months. What A joke!!
We have had a NIGHTMARE situation with this company whom we were considering doing a refi with and when we said we were NOT going with them they continued to have different people call us about the next part of the process. Today we got a letter from our insurance company saying LoanDepot had reached out and tranfered our homeowners policy to them as the leinholder. What on EARTH?? This company owes us for a bogus appraisal and I want PROOF they have closed our application. Next stop State Banking Department complaint.
