Unprofessional. Unorganized. Cannot keep appointments or refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Does not return phone calls. Office is rude and unhelpful.
My first experience with Dr. Dao was exceptional. She was able to see me right on time and treated me right then even though this was a consult. I liked being able to move quickly like that.

I love Dr. Doa. She's really knowledgeable and kind.
After telling the nurse my symptoms thoroughly and why I came in the be seen, Dr. Dao asked me to repeat my story (which I didn't mind), but was VERY quick to judge. I felt like she didn't really listen to me. While I talked, she interrupted me several times and diagnosed based on only hearing some of my symptoms. I had to ask to finish my story. Then, she even admitted that she misdiagnosed. I was already in a vulnerable state and she did not make me feel any better telling me wrong things.
Dr. Dao was extremely sweet and made me very comfortable to ask questions on things i didn't understand. She explains in her medical terms, and then simplifies it for me. She was very thoughtful and considerate of my standing and i completely trust her judgement. Being in her care, i know i am in good hands. thank you Dr. Dao, i appreciate your services!
Dr. Dao is an awesome doctor. She always greet her patient with a nice smile. When I come in to see Dr. Dao I know I'm in good hands.
