The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was quoted $100 for shipping on a truck bed panel and told that it would ship out in a few days. Days later I get a phone call telling me that the shipping was now over $1000.00 and they were going to cancel my order if I didn't pay it! I spoke to a manager and she repeatedly told me she was cancelling my order if I didnt pay over $1000.00 for shipping, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm a first time customer (placed 3 orders over the last couple of weeks totaling over $1100) and at this time am considering never returning to LMC. My first order arrived in a bulging overpacked box. Upon inspection I found that when the box was stapled closed the staples damaged a grille in the box. After a call to customer service, I was told the grille would be replaced but that they could not do any better than standard shipping even though it was their issue. I'm not understanding all the bad reviews, I've order parts from lmc for years with never a problem. Yes there shipping is a little slower then it should. Need to remember that everything is made in China or some foreign country thanks to our government so yes parts are of less quality that's not lmc fault, plus everywhere else you order or buy parts are of less quality because of government corruption. I've never had any issues with parts I've ordered from them and I've order thousands in parts.
Delivery was a mess. ordered a windshield and other parts and they shot a small amount of foam into the bottom of the shipping box and left the other parts to just roll all over the box. the heaviest were bumper brackets, the driver stood the box on its end and should have been flat, then he put it on the ground and it all came crashing down... the windshield survived but the trim pieces that I ordered were badly bent. at this point the trim for the grille seems to be a loss. Horrible customer service. Ordered part going on 3 weeks ago, that was supposedly "in stock". Called and e-mailed n multiple occasions with either no response, or to be placed on hold for 45 min. Money withdrawn from my bank account and re-deposited, and withdrawn multiple times. Will never do business with this place again. STAY AWAY!
