They will nickel and dime you to death on shipping. And will charge you extra for a larger item even if it's super light weight. I thot i I would be buying a higher quality part from America but I guess they by their parts from China as well and Jack the price up. Cheap garbage parts at very expensive prices. I should have just bought on Amazon or eBay. The same part was 1/3. The price but I thought I was buying an american product from LMC.

LMC truck is pure garbage all around. Any other company can provide better parts at a cheaper price.

I have ordered no less then 15 times in passed couple months received everything I ordered in reasonable amount of time.will be ordering more I'm sure! There like everyone else in business know one working in this country anymore your lucky get anything from anybody! If you ran a business today you would understand! ! Thanks LMC you have my business because I know how it it is. !

Sent the wrong bumper and going on a week now with no resolution. I ordered a bumper for a ranger and they sent a full size truck bumper. I've talked to multiple people and sent several emails and got nothing. Beware of this shady site and buy somewhere else if possible.

would give it a 0 if that were an option - picture of grill was completely different than what i got - had to return it at my own expense of $74 - double what they shipped it to me for all because of the size of the box - not the weight which at best was 10 lbs. - now they have not returned my money yet over a week later and told me it could be another week to 10 days to get it - Horrible customer service - will never buy from here again

I have been a customer for over 30 years but I won't be buying anything from LMC Truck ever again. Their customer service is the worst.

Strongly recommend staying away the worst customer service I have ever seen the parts are cheap most of them never fit and when you try to return they pretty much say can’t help ya your ordered wrong year then you go back look at order number it is in fact the correct year for everything I spent 1300$ with this place and used 20$ part and was able to shop everything back finnaly after hassling with them trying make me pay 500 ship it back! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was quoted $100 for shipping on a truck bed panel and told that it would ship out in a few days. Days later I get a phone call telling me that the shipping was now over $1000.00 and they were going to cancel my order if I didn't pay it! I spoke to a manager and she repeatedly told me she was cancelling my order if I didnt pay over $1000.00 for shipping, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm a first time customer (placed 3 orders over the last couple of weeks totaling over $1100) and at this time am considering never returning to LMC. My first order arrived in a bulging overpacked box. Upon inspection I found that when the box was stapled closed the staples damaged a grille in the box. After a call to customer service, I was told the grille would be replaced but that they could not do any better than standard shipping even though it was their issue.
