When I say Luis is a hero I am not exaggerating. I initially called a different plumbing service that quoted me a very pricey service to fix my plumbing. I was on the cusp of just going through with it but something was telling me to get a second opinion. I called LM Plumbing and Luis came out that same day. He was very thorough and even double checked to see if he was able to see what the other business was saying. Come to find out, nothing was wrong. Luis got my Yelp message and replied to me within minutes. After describing the problem, they were able to provide a quote. Despite it not being an an emergency they were at my home within a couple of hours. They were polite, professional and thorough. They went over the problem, the process and the fix with me. Overall great work.
