When I say Luis is a hero I am not exaggerating. I initially called a different plumbing service that quoted me a very pricey service to fix my plumbing. I was on the cusp of just going through with it but something was telling me to get a second opinion. I called LM Plumbing and Luis came out that same day. Luis got my Yelp message and replied to me within minutes. After describing the problem, they were able to provide a quote. Despite it not being an an emergency they were at my home within a couple of hours. They were polite, professional and thorough. They went over the problem, the process and the fix with me.
