Contacted this company to replace side window that was severely scratched. Rich showed up promptly and determined that the scratching was in some tinted film that I didn't know was there. He used a razor to show that there was clear, undamaged glass underneath. Did not charge for the visit. Just for the record, Lloyd's estimate to replace the window was 2/3 that of the heavily advertised brand! Highly recommended company!
Their technician was prompt and very professional. He did an amazing job on my car. Lloyds made the entire process effortless. I highly recommend this company!

The tech showed up in a really nice Mercedes style sprinter van and was very professional. I had a windshield replaced on my jeep a while back and it was not done properly. I am so glad I contacted Lloyd’s Of Shelton! Great service!
