Perfect hair color and cut – I feel so fortunate to have found Francesca and Heather. My hair is like night and day. It went from a mousy dishwater blond, but mostly turned brown and showing signs of aging, to an amazing color that matches the days of my youth, makes me look years younger, and brings out the blue in my eyes. Hair ART – Lloyd Windsor for hair is NOT a conventional hair salon. There is no bitchy atmosphere or gossip about clients. It is a warm and loving mother daughter team.
