I noticed signs of termites on a back yard pergola support post and Quentin came out to inspect. His knowledge went way beyond insects as he pointed out problems with wood rot and beyond. In fact, Quentin may have been the best service technician I have encountered with both expertise and an exemplary customer service disposition.
