I noticed signs of termites on a back yard pergola support post and Quentin came out to inspect. His knowledge went way beyond insects as he pointed out problems with wood rot and beyond. In fact, Quentin may have been the best service technician I have encountered with both expertise and an exemplary customer service disposition. Chris did solid work making a number of needed repairs, replacing wood pieces as needed, as well as treating the post with termites. (Another worker assisted a bit but forgot his name.)
