Has been a month since i placed my order. Nothing shipped, doesnt respond to emails. Phone calls take 45 minutes to be answered, and then you are misled. Should be easy. 1) customer places order 2) merchant ships order Customer service is a joke. Stay far away from this company
First let me state that I have purchased floor mats from Lloyd’s Mats since the mid 1990s and always received an exceptional product. Sadly, that is no longer the case. I made a purchase for floor mats for my new vehicle on March 27, 2026 and the payment went through on March 30, 2026. I ordered a front set of Lloyd Mats for a vehicle I have previously ordered the same mats before. What arrived was nothing like what I previously ordered. I explained this to Lloyd Customer Service and sent pictures of what they were supposed to look like. the response I received was terrible. They said, Lloyd Mats designs the shape and size of its mats independent of the factory mats. They are designed to cover as much as of the exposed flat area of the vehicle's floor as possible. Absolute junk. I paid for the upgraded mat and it was a total waste of money. When they arrived, the floor lock ring hadn't even been put together properly and I had to fix that---and it still pops loose. The passengers side mat had a pulled loop. Just a few months into this, the drivers mat is already worn out by the heel area. It took my factory Ford truck mats 4 years to show this much wear. Buyer beware! No response to emails and almost impossible to reach on the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes and finally gave up. I have a defective mat and am trying to return it. Now I have finally resorted to disputing the charge on my credit card because they will not answer the phone and will not reply to emails.
