Absolute junk. I paid for the upgraded mat and it was a total waste of money. When they arrived, the floor lock ring hadn't even been put together properly and I had to fix that---and it still pops loose. The passengers side mat had a pulled loop. Just a few months into this, the drivers mat is already worn out by the heel area. It took my factory Ford truck mats 4 years to show this much wear. Buyer beware! No response to emails and almost impossible to reach on the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes and finally gave up. I have a defective mat and am trying to return it. Now I have finally resorted to disputing the charge on my credit card because they will not answer the phone and will not reply to emails.
Ordered my mats 3 weeks ago. My website account is saying my order is "complete" but when I put the tracking number into FedEx it says FedEx never even received the package and nothing has been shipped. Tried emailing and calling and have not heard back. I paid for mats and never received my package. This is ridiculous.
horrendous. dishonest. never available via call or email. sent me the wrong color and refuses to make it right. the parent company said they couldn't help me and hung up.
