Your organization is an absolute joke. I never write bad google reviews, I MEAN NEVER but you have forced my hand and I need other people to think twice before ordering from you. I order mats on 9/28 and paid $68 for next day shipping and now it's 10/13/26 and the mats aren't there and in fact they were never even ordered and I called cover craft and they said they can't refund me the money and now I call Lloyd mats and you won't even take the call. Recently purchased floor mats and, despite providing the correct year, make, and model, I was sent mats for a different application. The floor mats supplied by Covercraft were identified as an AWD application, which is not a valid factory configuration for my vehicle. This distinction matters because the AWD and RWD floor-mat applications are vehicle-specific. I had a custom mat made a couple of years ago, which is holding up nicely, but the 3 stars is because of 3 issues. The rubber backing of the mats has no nibs, so the mat will tend to slide.If not secured and any spilled fluids will penetrate the rubber backing and stain the floor. And last,the rubber backing has a foul odor.
Shipped mats missing anchors, and the mats don't match the color I ordered. Called and they said they would send out new anchors, never did. Doing a chargeback on this terrible company, DO NOT ORDER from here!
