Really disappointing experience. I called in an order for teriyaki hamburger steak, but the lady who took my order took it wrong. When I got home and opened the food, the hamburger was extremely dry and the sauce looked thick and gloppy, nothing like the teriyaki hamburger steak they usually serve. Overpriced. I ordered small bbq party pack. I usually ordered in other Kapolei branch and they charged $27. It just happened google gave me this store in kamakaana Ali. This store charged $37. Way way overpriced! I showed the menu price they have in their website, the one from their address and the lady still didn't consider. Wrong advertisement of price as well. I recommended go to other store with fair price and true to their menu price as advertised.
Stopped here to get garlic shrimp for lunch, and the shrimp were not deveined. I paid $20 for poopy shrimp. Since they were cooked, I was unable to clean them fully. This is unacceptable, I would not recommend eating here… Who knows what else is in the food.
