I ordered takeout on a whim cause I was craving chicken katsu. Wasn’t expecting much until I opened up my Mini katsu plate and was pleased to find CHOKE katsu. And this was a MINI. Perfectly crispy and flavorful with absolutely zero wait for my order. 10/10 will be returning. Mahalos.
