They came and replaced the glass on our window. Few days later, my son noticed that the silicon caulk is missing on one side. We called Jose and he promised to come back and finish the job. He stated that they can’t come on Saturdays or after 5 when we are available, so our daughter took off school and we scheduled for them to come and finish the job. No one showed up. We had some storm damage that broke one of our commercial window. Around 3am and they were able to come out same day to fix the broken window. Great service and speedy quotes. Would definitely use them again in the future.
