After over 20 phone calls, at least 6 txt messages and several emails I have still not been able to get someone to make the repair to a single plank of flooring they installed. It's been three months and dealing with multiple people and nothing.
LL Flooring, in both the Franklin TN and Jackson TN locations, served us and our year-long storage needs in ways that went way beyond sales or contracts. They treated us like family. I highly. recommend them. Prices and materials were excellent.
Nice showroom and the people helping are first rate.
