I would not purchase from this company again. They told us one thing regarding the installation process. Then when the installers began the installation, we received a phone call that we needed to pay an additional amount of $2,200.00. We were told if we didn't pay it, they would stop the installation. The information that was communicated to us was that the install included measuring, inspection of flooring for necessary leveling, and then the floors would be leveled as necessary to ensure a professional installation.
