I arrived at the store half an hour before closing and the sales associate advised me it was too late to pick up flooring. I let the young lady know I drove 60 miles to see if she would make an exception. She went to retrieve items and then said all of the flooring sold right before I arrived and she would have to order it. I placed an order for the items and two days later I found out there is no cut off time for pick up AND the flooring was actually in stock the day I went in. I ordered the hardwood floor online, and Fairfield store was supposed to fulfill the order and ship to our location. After initial hiccups and miscommunications, the store manager personally delivered the hardwood floor to our site! and we were able to finish the project on time.
