This is Trekside Property once again. I’m directing this to the store manager Bryan. This has been over the 20th time we’ve collectively called as a couple since April for missing floors for our steps. Every store associate would tell you that they’ll call you back and you literally NEVER HEAR BACK. Last contractor came and never came back. We lost our patience. Started a job at our house over 2 months ago and still have not finished it. Also they layed the subfloor incorrectly causing our fridge to be so crooked we can’t open the door.
I would not recommend LL flooring. We got duravana luxury vinyl plank installed seven months ago. There are several areas that are lifting and chipped. After installation was complete one of the workers cut his finger and there was blood on the floor, baseboards, and closet doors that my husband and I had to clean up. The transitions were installed where you could see glue and two were crooked. There is a gash in my kitchen cabinet.
