Ken Worked with us--so we got exactly what we wanted! – Ken is great. I bought my (now) husband's platinum wedding band at Brown's Jewelers, The turn around time was great, it came out just as we wanted it, and it was much less expensive than all the other jewelers we looked at in the city (a couple of places were more than double what he charged). Diamond in the Ruff – The new location at the Westfield Center is small, but well placed. I tried on only one ring with brilliant diamonds and a ruby cut, the best price and pleasant service. The Best is the Best – My fiance and I shopped all the usual places for our engagement ring, Union Sq, the "wholesale marts centers", the internet, and suburban stores. L L Brown not only had the lowest price on the diamond and mounting they custom made our ring exactly to our specifications. small, expensive, and rude – How this store became #1 on the Best of San Francisco list is a mystery. LL Brown has knowledgable staff, but their service is less than friendly. Their jewelry selection is average in variety, though presumably high quality. They are located in very expensive real estate and their prices reflect this.
