I visited this place for the first time yesterday looking for parts for my 83 ford f150 the staff was nice at first went in, it was clean in the front part but a mess in the farther rows. The worst part is I found some parts (which I will say are harder to find nowadays) but the price for some of it was ridiculous, they were going to charge me $18 for a pane of glass for the side mirror and $8 each for the plastic pieces for the sides of the bench seat which is absurd. Came in to get a tire and rim and needed help with the removal because my hips are bad. Was told the person that did the customer help was off, even when 2 people are in the office working the front desk and 5 other employees were standing around chatting with each other. The desk people didn't even ask if anyone is welling to help me, they acted like they didn't even care about the handicapped.
Trash.. not like pictures. Waste of money
The Hispanic girl working at the counter is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! When people walk in she expects you to speak to her, she does NOT offer any customer service at all, and the manager is no better!!! He is just as rude! I told them about my experience with their worker and they brushed me off like that’s how customers are supposed to be treated!! DO NOT take your business there!!!!
