Randy's Body Shop Not a very good company that wants to give you your money back on returns and they make you wait months for your credit money. I have purchased replacement used radio/cd units for a Honda CRV (1) and a Lexus es300 (2). The first unit for the Lexus lasted several years, but I know that these units quit from time to time. Recently, I purchased the 2nd Lexus unit. The one they sent me was trashed and non-functional. Upon calling customer service, the young lady listened to my problem, found me another unit at no additional charge, and did NOT require that I send the first unit back!
