If there is an option for 0 star that would be my review. As others already reviewed , rudeness is a common thing. Despite handing over property in a very good state after almost 4.5 years, they tried to deduct half of my bond amount. Had to take them to NCAT. Even after NCAT ruling, they are yet to refund my excess paid rent. Unprofessional people.
Called up to follow up an email and was spoken to in a very disrespectful and rude manner. Her name is Veronica, Good luck dealing with their guys.
