SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Don't buy gold from here or any jewelry from here. This place has unreasonable and WAYY OVERPRICED rates. Charged me $450 for 1.3g gold studs. Almost paying $230/g. No REFUNDS offered. The workers has no knowledge of how gold works, and didn't even take time in help explaining the rates or assisting me in anyway. Very upset with this purchase after finding out I paid way overpriced for what I purchased. Please, don't bother buying from here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Always fantastic service from the staff here. Olive just went above and beyond in helping to repair my bracelet on the spot, as well as giving suggestions for continued maintenance and upkeep. So much appreciated! Beautiful store, highly recommend.
