We could not have been happier with Liz. We knew exactly what we wanted, so when we saw it pop on the market she made herself immediately available. She negotiated firmly and helped us multiple times with lender, inspection, handyman, etc, referrals throughout the process. She will be our family Realtor for life!

My experience with this realtor was obviously very different from that of others. Contracted for sale a a property on St. John's Ave. did not inform me of appts. To show. Listed property as vacant when occupied. I had to show property to buyer when they unexpectedly showed up. Never showed inspections. Usually less than 24 hrs notice. Ended up having to get closing time from title company as she did not know. However, she did stop at bank to cash that check within 5 min of leaving closing.

I moved to Jacksonville from out of state and Liz was very helpful and patient with us. She spent 2 whole days taking us to various areas before we had even committed to moving to Jacksonville. She even helped me look for rental properties when I came down at the last minute. For me, aspects of a successful realtor-client relationship includes working with someone who is extremely familiar with the market, the temperature of the economy and how the two interact; someone who is pleasant but honest..maybe to a fault; and someone who educates me so my expectations are realistic and something we are both willing to 'go to bat for.' This would definitely be Liz Bobeck.
