Liz did a great job helping us sell our previous house as well as purchase our new house. We had a few complications (unrelated to her) towards the end but she helped get everything situated so that we could close things out.
She gets it done! I can't recommend Liz highly enough. She was very patient and responsive throughout the process. My property received numerous showings, and the increased exposure surely sped the sale process. I am certain I received the best deal possible on my property due to her expertise. I received four offers on my property, and it sold in less than 30 days.

Thanks Liz. We were able to close on our home in a timely fashion. Our home was in a historic neighborhood. Although recently remodeled there was work to be done. Liz helped my wife arrange contractors and other service pro’s that were necessary to complete repairs on our home while I was working out of state. Liz knew who to get and made us a priority. Liz was very knowledgeable of our neighborhood and very attentive to us and our listing. She also handled the paperwork with knowledge and efficiency.
Liz is very eager to get your house listed and on the market. She did a wonderful job on the photos and the listing write-up. I felt like after that initial sign up stage she really did not work for us, it seemed like she was working for the buyer. We had some hiccups on our end of the sale and in the process Liz was not very knowledgable or helpful. Selling your house is very stressful and Liz only added more stress to the process.
