Hello everyone, Please make sure to read and inform yourselves before choosing this health provider. On paper, they may appear to be a good option. My parents selected them because they were listed through Arlington INOVA Hospital, and in past years they had provided excellent service. Outstanding staff. Christie is excellent at customer service, Mandy does is outstanding at scheduling, Colin, who is a physical therapist, is awesome. All are 12s on a 10 point scale. Colin’s positivity and amazing knowledge were bright lights in a difficult health journey. He noticed a significant error in our health rehab plan and he got it worked out with hospital.
