Hello everyone, Please make sure to read and inform yourselves before choosing this health provider. On paper, they may appear to be a good option. My parents selected them because they were listed through Arlington INOVA Hospital, and in past years they had provided excellent service. Jen has been exceptional throughout this process, working closely with both my mother and me to understand her needs, gather resources, and customize in-home care plans. Spencer, my PT, took me from a hobbling, walker-dependent, and short of breath weakling and turned me into a strong, standing tall, independent of all devices happy lady. He cut me no slack, helped me by encouragement and persistence. Spencer was friendly, personable, reliable and professional. I will miss my sessions with him.
My experience has been somewhat deceiving. I was prescribed OT, PT and nursing by the acute rehab I went to and I had 30 sessions approved by insurance. The OT dismissed me after their first assessment. The nurse was supposed to help with potential issue and medication management, but she dismissed me after the first visit as welll and after that I was sick for over 2 weeks (withdrawal symptoms from pain medicine, UTI, GI issues, fever) and I was on my own. Excellent care and great communication! My PT, Colin and Kimberly were absolutely excellent showing me how to recover from my knee surgery. The nurses were very pleasant and informative. Overall it was a great experience!
