Your company took my hearing aids, well you told me to leave them there because I was going to receive new ones my next visit and I waited for my appointment and it never happened and when I finally call you back you told me that I didn't leave my hearing aids there, but I know I did, I am so glad I had witnesses to verify my word! And your company never made good on that and yes I told my insurance company also. They thought that was strange 🤔. So no I didn't have a very good experience at all with your company.

No. Would not recommend. Care marginal. They schedule/reschedule without calling patient, they let the automated text system do the notification the day prior. When you call the receptionist regarding the rescheduling she is very rude and disrespectful.
